We can’t guarantee exact shipping dates. Please allow 3-7 working day for delivery. If you are ordering something as a gift and need it by a certain date please contact us on e-mail email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
The customer is responsible for payment of any extra duties or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery. If you have any questions or problems during check out please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you have a 14 day window from the day of delivery to get in touch with us if you want to return or exchange your item for another size or product.
Shipping must be paid by customer.

It is required that you insure all shipments and package the piece(s) securely.
GISI is not responsible for return merchandise lost or damaged in transit.
Repairs will be done free of charge unless a part is lost. Customer is to pay shipping. Repairs may take 1-4 weeks.
We offer 2 years warranty.
You must complain within “reasonable time” after discovering eventuel defects on the product(s).
If the complain is fake the customer is responsible for shipment payment for getting the product(s) shipped back and GISI will not ship the product(s) back before shipment payment is received.
We endeavor to process complaints within 7-10 working days but under certain circumstances it may take longer time. By self-inflected injuries the warranty will not cover.
